We are very happy with our still and other equipment.  The still has been producing a fine product and all of our other support equpment has worked out as planned.

This is our new stripping still.  100 gallon capacity, it isn't pretty, but it certainly speeds up the process!

Our still was built by our friend Anthony Zaca of Rainier Distillers, it is a new type of reflux still.  It has an optional double column to reduce height, a gatling gun condenser on the outlet, a stainless steel boiler, will soon have a botanical basket for infusions, and can be reconfigured into various assemblies for a variety of distillations.
